Responsibilities Of Internal Audit Manager Jobs In Johannesburg
- Partner with relevant stakeholders to share and leverage risk management practices, tools, and capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop an aligned approach to assurance and risk management.
- Assess and report on audit project practices impacting client experience, recommending improvements.
- Ensure adherence to GIA methodology, policies, and procedures.
- Guide team members in understanding and applying GIA methodology and policies.
- Manage audit findings finalization, ensuring accurate, risk-based findings with root causes and remedial actions.
- Draft audit reports summarizing findings, risk themes, and overall outcomes.
- Manage GIA and Group-wide data, adhering to standards and policies.
Requirements
- Relevant Degree – Audit (Min)
- Post Graduate Degree/Honours – Audit (Min)
- CA (SA) – Min
- SQL scripting certified and proficient – Min
- Relevant professional membership will be required based on specialty – (Pref)
- 1 – 2 years: Experience analysing complex sets of data to interpret, visualise and identify trends. Understanding of IT controls.
- Planning and executing audits. Managing and engaging with various stakeholders at a Senior Level
