Standard Bank Group has recently announced new Customer Growth Manager Jobs In Johannesburg for qualified and deserving candidates. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager, Demand Generation and Retention to join our team. The incumbent will be responsible for demand generation and retention activities (i.e. sales and service) as it relates to Voice Branch. You will be required to develop and execute strategies to generate demand for our products/services. Manage a team responsible for inbound and outbound customer interactions. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to demand generation and retention.

- Developing and implementing strategies to generate demand and drive customer growth in Johannesburg
- Analyzing market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth
- Creating targeted marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and initiatives
- Monitoring and optimizing customer acquisition channels, such as digital advertising, email marketing, and social media
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of demand generation and retention efforts
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and best practices
- Identifying and implementing customer retention initiatives, such as loyalty programs and personalized communication strategies
Requirements
- First Degree Business Commerce, FAIS Aligned
- RE1 certification and knowledge of relevant regulations
- 5-7 years Experience within a call centre environment, understanding the banks products and services,
- Contact centre management and operations experience, previous branch experience in providing intermediary services
