Responsibilities of Client Desirability Analyst Job

  • Provide an administration service that meets time and quality standards and, includes reporting and updating all relevant information.
  • Address customer needs in order to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Act responsibly with work-related resources to contribute to cost containment.
  • Profile customers to determine business risk.
  • Plan and complete activities within an area of work to meet set time and quality standards.
  • Adhere to schedules to perform assigned work.
  • Attend and facilitate meetings as and when required.
  • Maintain documentation and share information with the team where applicable.
  • Execute own work in accordance with the organizational values and code of ethics.
  • Comply with and adhere to identified governance and compliance standards and escalate problems for investigation and resolution.
  • Identifying and escalating risk is a normal part of work.
  • Use appropriate data analysis and information-gathering techniques from internal and external sources to profile customers and complete required documentation.
  • Deliver on contracted performance objectives, work queues of open alerts according to the set procedures, and agreed service level agreements.
  • Compile quality reports with comprehensive recommendations and customer risk assessments that enable businesses to make informed decisions.
  • Produce report summaries and detailed documents on required platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, statistics, economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in market research, consumer insights, or data analysis.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and software such as SPSS, SAS, or R.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of market research methodologies, including surveys, focus groups, and data mining techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting findings and recommendations.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a keen eye for identifying trends and patterns in consumer behavior.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards related to consumer data privacy.
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in market research and consumer behavior analysis.
